I was kind of nervous to go by myself but I wanted to do something for me for once. It was funny because when I signed in the lady asked me if I had ever been to their class and I said no, then she asked me if I had ever been to a Zumba class and I said no. Then when a few other people showed up she came over an announced that it was my very first class with Zumba and that they needed to me nice to me. hahaha That is the best way to point some one out. It's a good thing I don't embarrass easily. :)
But that was a door that opened up to two women befriending me and giving me reassurance that I was going to have a good time.
They were right! It was a blast!
I felt awesome when I left and had so much energy. It definitely was a work out but not one that kills the next day.
